At Perfumez, we try our best to offer a customized delivery and return policy for our customers. Our main goal is to help our customers to the best of our abilities. In case you need to know about our policies, they are being stated below:

DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery (4-5 Working Days) – £3.50

UK Next Day Delivery  – £4.50

Perfumez uses Royal Mail for their mailing service as they are best in the country.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days and orders received before 11 am will only dispatch the same day. Our standard processing times are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5 PM excluding Bank Holidays. Any orders received after this time period will be processed next working day. Orders received on Friday for next day delivery after 1 PM will be processed on Monday. Orders received for next day delivery on Friday will be processed as next working day delivery. We take care of every single packaging with caution and make sure all handling instructions are followed step by step, so you can get your purchase on time and in excellent conditions.

RETURNS

Perfumez always tries to ensure that the customer receives the exact product they had ordered. However, sometimes, mistakes might happen. We try to resolve such issues as fast as possible. In order to resolve such issue, please call us at +447508 933242 to arrange a return, refund or replacement, or email us at support@perfumez.co.uk It is incumbent that you please state the following credentials – name, email address, order number, product code and reason for return. Then let us know whether you would like a refund, an exchange or a replacement. Refund, exchange or replacement are processes when we receive the product back. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. Please ensure that all items being returned are complete, unopened and resalable with original packaging, and are securely sent. We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items that are received in a resalable condition within 14 working days of purchase. Exceptions are oil custom filled bottles in clear or crystal bottles. No refund on promotional, reduced or discounted items.

Refunds will always be processed by the original payment method.

In case of insufficient address provided by the customer and the parcel is returned to us, the customer needs to pay for the postage again in order to resend the parcel to the correct address.

PAYMENT REFUND

In case you return the goods, refunds will be paid similar to the same method used by the original order. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back.

Note: Product should be unused and unpacked for being eligible to refund. Return fees are covered by the buyer.
